When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, any country or region you provide, the selected product and version, and your message.

How it is used

The store team uses these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your requested product. Submitting a question does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a customer account.

Storage and access

This website and its inquiry storage are hosted by Cloudflare. Inquiry records are available through a password-protected administration area, not public pages. Hosting infrastructure processes basic request information to deliver the site and limit abuse.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this site. A necessary session cookie is used when the store administrator signs in. Ordinary product browsing does not require an account.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of an inquiry, use the inquiry form and identify the email address used previously. Please do not send identity documents or payment information.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not submit information if you are under 18.
